Chui Wan est de retour le 1er septembre avec « The Landscape the Tropics Never Had », leur 3e album produit par Rusty Santos (Animal Collective, TV on the Radio) et sorti sur Maybe Mars Records.
Ethéré, éphémère, lunaire, Chui Wan poursuit sa quête mystique dans la continuité de leurs 2 albums passés : White Night (2012) et Chui Wan (2015). La rosée sableuse de Pékin sur laquelle les 4 membres venus des 4 coins de Chine s’abat chaque jour, ne semble pas se tarir, transformant continuellement ces énergies en grains mélodiques solides et psychédéliques. Un chemin étrange et tordu, fragile mais pas totalement incertain.
De passage en Europe en septembre, en France : le 21 à Angers, le 22 à Paris, au Supersonic et le 23 à La Demeurée à Caen.
